You can shop with us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  If you need to contact us directly however, we can be contacted between the following business hours:

Monday to Friday 10.00am – 5.00pm (EST).

We are not contactable during public holidays or weekends, and will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible.



Payment can be made through our web site via Stripe, a secure payment system, which accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% Goods and Services Tax.

General Returns

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us and as such we offer all of our customers a no-quibble money back guarantee.

When you receive your order, if your purchase from us does not meet your expectations, you have the option of returning the product to us for a full refund of the product price. This refund is subject to the following conditions:

  • Refunds for change of mind purchases are for the original product price only (the price you paid), and does not include the amount that you paid for postage.
  • The cost of the return postage is at the customer's expense. We suggest that you send your item back with parcel tracking, (this should not cost you extra).
  • The items must be returned in their original condition, in their entirety and well packaged within 14 days of receipt.
  • This offer excludes reduced to clear and sale items.

Faulty or Damaged Products

All of our products are sent to you in good condition and packaged correctly.

If for any reason however your purchase arrives to you in less than perfect condition, we are happy to offer a full refund or replacement.

This refund or replacement is subject to the following conditions:

  • Please contact us to report any damaged or faulty products prior to returning.
  • Refunds for faulty or damaged products are for the original product price only (the price you paid).
  • We will cover the cost of the return postage.  Obtain a receipt for standard postage and email a copy of it to us for a refund to your credit card.  We suggest that you send your item back with parcel tracking, (this should not cost you extra).
  • The items ordered must be returned in original condition and well packaged within 14 days of receipt.
  • Refunds will only be issued via Stripe to the credit card or bank account that was originally charged.

Please allow 2 weeks for your return and refund request to be processed.

Motique - The Boring Stuff



Motique is committed to protecting your privacy.  We do not therefore disclose any of your personal information to anyone else, unless it is necessary to process and despatch your order. We do not give customer details to any unrelated third parties under any circumstances.

Personal details such as your name, address, email address and telephone number is only collected by ourselves for the purpose of processing and despatching your order.

If you have chosen to join our mailing list, your details will be stored externally by Mailchimp for keeping you informed of new product releases and special offers via our newsletter, which we will send out from time to time.

When you checkout, personal details such as your name and credit card information is only collected by Stripe for the purpose of processing payment for your order. Your credit card information is not held on file by us.

Information about IP addresses and web browsers is automatically transmitted to web servers as an integral part of the day to day operation of the Internet. This information is used for demographic purposes only, to better serve web site users.

For security purposes and to improve our service, we use third party services to monitor traffic, detect unauthorised and malicious access to our site and determine the effectiveness of our website.

We only use Stripe, a secure payment system to process your payment.  This ensures your personal information and credit card details are secure and protected. Your credit card details are collected for the sole purpose of processing your order and are not stored on our systems or visible by us.


When you visit Motique's website, information about your visit is collected using a feature called a "cookie". A cookie is a small text file containing a unique identification number that is transferred from a web site to the hard drive of your computer so that the website may identify your computer and allow the shopping cart to function so you can purchase products on the web site. We aim to ensure that all of our product descriptions are as accurate as possible and that our images reflect the item.  Colours may vary slightly due to lighting.

If you have chosen to join our mailing list, your details will be stored externally by Mailchimp for keeping you informed of new product releases and special offers.

We will send you periodic newsletter communications via email, to the email address supplied by yourself when you signed up to the service.

These communications will only be used to keep you informed of new products, events and special offers.

You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link within the email.
